Labels

Our labels are produced using a specialized combination of tamper-proof film material and freezer-grade adhesive with a service range of -65 degrees F to 200 degrees F. These labels will not tear or curl.

Label Applicator

C2it Offers Printer and External Rewinder options. We sell, lease, support, and repair Datamax, Intermec, and Zebra Printers. We stock all replacement parts including printheads and platen rollers.

We offer hand-held applicators for ease of applying labels.

If you are using a Thermal Transfer option, we also have printer ribbon available in all sizes, colors, and for any printer. We stock numerous sizes and colors of Thermal Transfer labels. Custom sizes and colors can be ordered.

Shellfish Tags Solution

Shellfish Tags

In compliance with the NSSP, our tags meet the minimum requirements.* Tags are made using a durable and waterproof material, and printing is indelible and legible when using our wax/resin print ribbon. Sized at 2.75” x 5.5”, they exceed the 13.8 sq. in. minimum standard and are pre-printed with the required statements for tag life, consumer information, and the statement "Keep Refrigerated".

The front of the tag is printed with your company information as well as all other requirements. The tag has a perforated hole for fixing to the product. (1,000 tags/roll, 4 rolls/case)

Printer Ribbon
Datamax wax printer ribbon is recommended for use with the Honeywell I-Class Printer. (1181'/roll, 12 rolls/case) - Uses approximately 2,500 tags.

Zebra wax/resin Printer Ribbon recommended for use with the Zebra ZT410 Printer.
(1476’/roll, 12 rolls/case) – Uses approximately one roll per 3,000 tags.

Consignment
C2it exclusively offers a Consignment Program for Tags and Printer Ribbon. We stock a 3-month supply of tags and ribbon. Inventoried monthly, you are charged only for what you used that month. Benefits include:
· Free shipping.
· Never have to order or worry about running out.
· Increase your cash flow and manage monthly costs by not having to outlay cash in advance for inventory.

Printer
Recommended printers include the Honeywell I-Class and the Zebra ZT410. Available with internal rewinder. Either option is both versatile and durable. Easy replacement of printheads and platen rollers. Available for purchase or lease.

Printer Maintenance and Repair
C2it offers maintenance and repair agreements. Depot and “On-Site” repairs are available. “Hot Swap” spares available to minimize downtime. We stock replacement parts including printheads and platen rollers.

Software
We can provide BarTender software (available in single and multi-user packages) and help you set up your labels.
